The creators of the show could only recall being restricted twice during the six seasons of the HBO classic. However, one particular scene that ended up on the cutting room floor was dubbed "horrifying," according to producer Amy B Harris. The episode in question is season one's 'The Monogamists', which saw Charlotte Kristin Davis dating a guy who was very keen on getting himself a blow job.
